Use of Traffic Analysis Resources
Use of Traffic Analysis Resources - We note that Ferovinum uses traffic analysis resources (for example Hotjar, Google cookies or ZoomInfo) ("Traffic Analysis") in order to better understand the needs of the Company's users and to work to optimize the Ferovinum.com website service and experience. Traffic Analysis is a technology service that helps Ferovinum better understand its users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.), which enables the Company to build, maintain and improve the Ferovinum customer experience with user feedback. Traffic Analysis services use cookies and other technologies to collect data on users’ behavior and their devices (this might include a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifi ers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and/or the preferred language used to display the Ferovinum website). Services like Hotjar store the gathered information on Ferovinum's behalf in a pseudonymized user profile and Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on the Company's behalf. Know that Ferovinum understands the need to collect and utilize customer data in a prudent and thoughtful manner that matches the specific business purpose at hand.”
